It's still a little early, but Terry Pratchett is appearing in-world today. I've read/listened to many of his books through Audible on my old iPod starting with the Wee Free Men. From there, I was introduced to the Discworld series. Terry has taken the majority of fantasy novels and turned them into parodies and satyre. He has a wide range of characters with a deep background over the years leaving his readers begging for more. I wonder how he feels about a fan-created Ankh Morpork including the Unseen University.
